Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

I found this delicious recipe in the Worldwide Ward Cookbook: Secret Recipes. It was very filling and my family loved it. As Simba (my oldest) would say it was screaming good.

Ingredients:

1 large chicken (I used the rotisserie chicken from Costco)
1 10.75-oz can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 box stuffing mix.

Directions:

Cook and debone chicken (or go to Costco and buy rotisserie chicken and debone). Cut into bite-size pieces. In a 9x13 inch pan, spread chicken evenly on the bottom. Cover chicken with cream of chicken soup. Spread sour cream on top of the soup (I mixed the sour cream and the cream of chicken soup together). Prepare stuffing mix as directed on the box then spread on top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes and then uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
